The King’s Head operates from 67–69 Sidbury, Worcester, WR1 2HU. These terms apply to all website visitors and customers. All food and drink service is subject to availability. Opening hours, menu items and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service where required for safety, licensing or operational reasons.

Reservations may be made online, by phone or in person. Customers are asked to arrive on time. Tables may be reallocated if you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us. Large bookings may require a deposit, which may be non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

Customers must inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles allergens and we cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes. Proof of age may be required for alcohol purchases, and we operate Challenge 25.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone acting in a disorderly or unsafe manner. Customers are responsible for their own behaviour while on the premises. Live music events, DJ nights and sports screenings (including rugby and Champions League football) may be altered or cancelled at short notice. No compensation is offered for changes outside our control.
